NEW for WOC 2020! Scheduling and productivity must be addressed together. While productivity in the construction industry remains stagnant, construction schedules are often unrealistic and not a true indicator of time needed to complete a project. This seminar will examine the connection between productivity and the schedule. We will discuss how and why productivity should be analyzed and what data is critical for both improvement and realistic scheduling. Productivity improvement strategies will also be discussed. Finally, the focus will be on productivity improvement plan that a business unit can implement once useful data is collected.
